Metaphysical: Auras

By Paula Bianchi –

During our first 12 to 18 months here, we share our mother’s aura until our own aura grows enough to sustain us. This is a very compelling reason why mothers are so important in their baby’s lives. After that, our life’s experiences, along with our attitude and inner dialog, shapes and forms our auras.

Our auras have 2 main parts. The alpha forcefield, which our physical bodies radiate, and the beta forcefield, or psychic aura, our astral bodies radiate. I’ll be focusing on the psychic aura.  The shape of our aura is described as a long ellipsoid that surrounds our bodies and radiates it’s energy about 2 ft. away from us, and like our bodies, it ebbs and flows in constant motion reacting to our emotions and our environments because our thoughts, feelings, and experiences feed it.

Growing up in a negative environment, can cause you to have a murky, low-energy aura. We tend to play out the same negative upbringing in our daily lives, and we’ll attract the same kind of low-energy people to us. Some people take the time to raise their energy and pull themselves out of their negative orbit. This is proof that you never have to stay, or participate, in anything negative. It’s just a matter of choice and following through with your intentions.

The same thing can be said about growing up in a positive environment except our aura will be positive and brighter attracting people with like positive energy. Through freewill, even after being raised with all the right tools for life, a person with positive energy can, from the choices that they make, lower it to fit in with lower energy people.

As we grow, our negative or positive experiences affect our auras by either weakening them until they tear or making them stronger. When we suffer from a trauma to our bodies or our psyche, it can put us on a path of irrational fears. These fears do further damage to our weakened state. Having a hole in our aura is an open invitation to any lost soul, who’s passing by, to attach to you. So, what can we do to strengthen our auras?

For a person with a murky, low-energy aura, you have to change all your negatives into positives. When we focus on and participate in the negative, more negativity comes to us. We have to change our negative attitude, lifestyle and inner dialog and make a conscious choice to commit to our goals.

People who suffer from traumas, need to talk to a councilor or to a Psychologist/Psychiatrist. They’ll help you work through the trauma and leave it in the past where it belongs. You’ll feel lighter and will be stronger, so you can rebuild your aura.

After completing the work from our therapist, then, it’s time to rebuild our auras. Our most important tool to making this happen is: meditation. It’s while we meditate that we can mentally fix the energy field around us. It’s just as important to care for our auras as it is to care for our bodies. Why is that? Because, our auras are an extension of our bodies. It also needs to be exercised every day. The more we exercise it; the stronger our aura and intuitive powers become. For people who are already positive, exercising your aura will lift your energy even more. A well developed aura increases your: courage, self-confidence, well-being, and mental health.

I’ve been reading a book, that a fellow blogger suggested, called: “Practical Guide to Psychic Self-Defense,” by: Denning & Phillips. In chapter 2, they give you a meditation called, The Tower of Light. I’m in the middle of this book, so I’ve just begun practicing this meditation, and I have to say, I’m very impressed with the results so far. I would highly recommend you give it a try too.

After you’ve been practicing The Tower of Light meditation, and you feel comfortable with it, you can begin to extend your psychic aura of protection around your family, friends, animals/pets, house, car, and belongings, as well as, the Earth and it’s wellbeing. Even when you’re faced with an emergency situation, you can switch on your Tower of Light. Remember, God said, “Ask and you shall receive.”

Since working on my aura is new to me, so far, I’m very happy with my results. I feel like I’ve repaired the place of trauma from when I was molested and closed up the tear my trauma put there. I was also able to release the spirits who attached themselves to me, in my weaken state, after my first time using this meditation. Now, I have this calming feeling like I’m sitting on the beach listening to the waves, or like I’m sitting in a meadow feeling the wind and hearing the birds. It’s really hard to explain, but I do feel like it’s one more step I’ve completed in my spiritual journey.

In my next Mind Games article, I’ll write about procrastination. Hope you had a good read. Thanks for the visit. Bye for now.

    1. Thanks, Laura 🙂 I really do feel a difference. My mind hasn’t been this clear in a long time. It’s definitely worth the time and effort. You sound as if you’ve come a long way as well. Kudos to you. Thank you for your comment. Sending light-n-love.

  2. I’m learning a lot from you Paula. I’ll digest this article you wrote. Strengthening auras and removing negative energies, especially people who carry them. I need the strength to remove negative experiences from my past. I’m currently reading and meditating right now. I need to remove people’s negative energies that attach to me. They don’t serve my purpose.

    1. I like to hear that, Cheryl. 🙂 If you take the time to strengthen your aura, I know you’ll get rid of all the negative energy that’s bothering you. Our thoughts are very powerful. We just need to learn how to use them for our benefit; not our detriment. Thanks for the comment and visit. 🙂

  3. I am totally fascinated and feel educated about your discussion of auras and mediation. The part about having tears in your auras that allow spirits to attach to you makes so much sense.
So very curious, are you able to meditate with distractions around you? Such as the barking dog, husband snoring, sirens in the distance?

  4. Well done on replenishing your aura from such trauma. I’ve had to repair my own, and it was certainly a challenging task. And, one I’ve forgotten to work on for a while. Thanks for the reminder of how important this protection can be.
